Commercial design trends are changing, with more emphasis on preserving the past. Retaining the primary design of a space while incorporating modern elements is becoming increasingly popular. A new commercial area is a good example of this approach. The outer shell of existing factory buildings was preserved while adding new structures. The ex-metal factory's unique features were also maintained, creating a super space that houses a cafe, gallery, tile showroom, and design studio. The open space design promotes idea exchange, making it a collaborative and creative environment.
