Apart from the minimalist approach, the client also requested to break away from the mundane and the formal design, therefore did not intend to have deliberate ceiling work to conceal all the building sprinkler piping, or curtain box. Therefore under the minimalist theme, the elegant exposed Industrial Loft Style has managed to preserve the original spatial height in the public domain.
